The Philippine National Police (PNP) examined the video released by alleged members of the Abu Sayyaf group asking for a Php 4 billion-ransom. Said video was submitted by the PNP Anti-Kidnapping Group to the PNP Anti-Cybercrime Group in order to authenticate said video.
