The Philippine National Police has in its possession the initial list of election hotspots all over the country but added that the situation is still subject to change before the PNP releases the final list. The Commission on Elections has set a meeting with the PNP and the Armed Forces of the Philippines to formulate a security plan regarding the 2016 elections.
