QUEZON City, Philippines (Eagle News) — Police Deputy Director General Leonardo Espina, Officer-in-Charge of the Philippine National Police (PNP) ordered revisions on the process of acquiring permit to carry firearms outside of residence.
Said revisions focused on the removal of what he said were redundant requirements, making it comparatively easier to get said permits.
