QUEZON City, Philippines, August 26 (Eagle News) — In the face of the proposal that shopping malls be used as voting precincts in addition to public schools, the Philippine National Police (PNP) said that it is open to giving additional training to security guards so that they can augment the PNP in their duties during the 2016 election.
