PNP Oplan Tokhang to cover call centers and condominiums

QUEZON City, Philippines (Eagle News) — The Philippine National Police (PNP) will bring their Oplan Tokhang to call centers and condominium buildings in its effort to eradicate the illegal drug menace.

The PNP Eastern Police District said it would already conduct an information drive in the call centers and condominium buildings under their jurisdiction.

According to EPD Deputy Chief for Operations, Senior Superintendent Edwin de Ocampo, they received information from arrested drug pushers that most of their customers work in call centers.

The PNP will ask for permission from the building owners and exclusive villages before entering and conducting an information drive in these areas.
