QUEZON City, Philippines – The Philippine National Police as well as other concerned government agencies are finalizing the details regarding the contingency plan for the May 9 National Election. As part of said of plan, there is now a Joint Security Coordinating Center in place to ensure the peace and order in various places around the Philippines.
