QUEZON City, Philippines – Outgoing Social Welfare and Develpment Secretary Dinky Soliman recommended that members of the police should undergo a seminar before enforcing the curfew for minors in order to avoid traumatizing the children. She also added that there should be a widespread information dissemination so that everyone would be aware of the proposed curfew.
