QUEZON City, Philippines (Eagle News) – Philippine National Police spokesperson Chief Supt. Generoso Servo admitted that he was not privy to the proposed resignation of PNP OIC Deputy Director General Leonardo Espina, adding that it is a personal matter between the PNP-OIC and President Aquino. Despite this, Servo said that he was not surprised because Espina has already said that he is ready and willing to step if the President appoints a new PNP chief.
