PNP to arrest prank callers on its emergency hotline

QUEZON City, Philippines – The Philippine National Police warned those who are planning to make prank call the new emergency hotline, saying that they will be arrested. In addition, PNP Chief Ronald Dela Rosa said that prank callers will be easily tracked.
