MANILA, Philippines, July 15 (Eagle News) — President Benigno S. Aquino III called the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) and other concerned government agencies to implement a more vigorous campaign against illegal drugs in the country including smuggling and manufacturing activities.
