MANILA, Philippines, August 25 (Eagle News) — After a meeting with his close adviser, President Benigno S. Aquino III asked Bureau of Customs (BOC) Chief Albert Lina not to open the balikbayan boxes sent by overseas Filipino workers and to use mobile x-ray machines and drug-sniffing dogs instead.
