MANILA, Philippines – President Benigno Aquino is set to sign the Executive Order that will implement the first part of the salary increase of government employees when he comes back from the United States.
The Department of Budget and Management recommended the EO when Congress failed to pass SSL-4 before its session was suspended in order to give way to election campaign.
