MANILA, Philippines (Eagle News) – According to the Malacañang, the President can widen the territory of the Bangsamoro entity through an executive order. The statement was made after the controversial provision allowing nearby provinces to join the Bangsamoro entity through a plebiscite was struck out by the leadership of the Congress.
