QUEZON City, Philippines (Eagle News) — Although the government is not against protest activities to be held by Anti-Marcos rallyists, President Rodrigo Duterte asked the rallyists to properly advise the government regarding their activities in order to to ensure that the traffic flow in Metro Manila remains orderly.
