(Eagle News)—President Rodrigo Duterte formally appointed National Capital Region Police Office chief Oscar Albayalde to the top Philippine National Police post.
Albayalde’s appointment paper was released on Friday, April 13.
He is set to take his oath of office on April 18.
His predecessor, Director Ronald dela Rosa, is slated to head the Bureau of Corrections.
