QUEZON City, Philippines (Eagle News) — President Rodrigo Duterte said that he would not apologize to Senator Leila De Lima regarding his remarks against the senator, saying that he can prove what he said. President Duterte also countered that Senator De Lima has also made accusatory remarks against him in connection with the alleged extra-judicial killings when he was still the mayor of Davao City.
