President Duterte hits back at former President Aquino

(Eagle News) — President Rodrigo Duterte on Wednesday hit back at his predecessor, Benigno Aquino III, after he said nothing much changed since the war on drugs under the current administration.

“Sabi ni PNoy, parang walang nangyari. Sige, pumasok ka sa droga PNoy, pag di ka putulan ng ulo, ga*o ka,” he said, making reference to Aquino’s nickname.

He noted that the aides of Aquino and his presidential heir Mar Roxas, who ran for president against Duterte, were all “connected to drugs.”

“Number one diyan si General (Vicente) Loot. Pu**** i** mo, huwag mo ako takutin,” he said.

Loot was among the five generals newly installed President Duterte said were engaged in illegal drug activities.

Apart from Loot, Duterte named then-Philippine National Police deputy director general Marcelo Garbo Jr., Chief Supts. Edgardo Tinio and Joel Pagdilao, and made reference to a certain Diaz, who was believed to be Supt. Bernardo Diaz who had been relieved a week before the public announcement.

According to Duterte, “in all (of Aquino’s) six years, he was only able to catch 3045 kilograms of shabu.”

“Ako, one year, I have already seized about 2000 (kgs), nearing 3000 (kgs),” he said.
