President Duterte attends granddaughter Isabelle’s senior HS graduation at PICC

(Eagle News) — President Rodrigo Duterte attended the graduation rites of his granddaughter Isabelle Lovelie Duterte on Thursday morning, May 17, at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC).

Isabelle is among the first batch of Senior High School graduates of San Beda College Alabang.

She graduated with a degree in the academic strand of Humanities and Social Sciences (HUMSS).

HUMMS is an academic track for those interested in pursuing college or university education in the fields of language, mass communication and journalism, literature, philosophy, history, education, liberal arts, and the rest of humanities and social sciences.

Aside from the President, her parents Paolo Duterte and Lovelie Sangkola-Sumera were also present in the event.

President Duterte arrived at PICC Plenary Hall at 9:50 in the morning accompanied by his Special Assistant Christopher Lawrence “Bong” Go and PICC General Manager Atty. Renato Padilla.

Before the graduation ceremony ended, President Duterte went up to the stage to greet the San Beda school officials and staffmembers who took the opprtunity to have pictures with the President.

President Duterte is an alumnus of San Beda College where he graduated from Law in 1972.  Jodi Bustos
