President Rodrigo Duterte met with the organizing agencies in a briefing on the substantive preparations for the upcoming 30th Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Summit and Related Meetings from April 26-29, 2017 in Manila.
The attendees include ASEAN 2017 National Organizing Council (NOC) Director General for Operations Ambassador Marciano Paynor Jr. and the meeting takes place at the President’s Hall of Malacañang Palace on thursday, March 31, 2017.
Also present are representatives from the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA), Mindanao Development Authority (MinDA), and the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).
