(Eagle News) — President Rodrigo Duterte is slated to conduct an aerial inspection of areas affected by the enhanced southwest monsoon on Monday afternoon.
According to the Palace, those to be inspected in particular were Metro Manila and Rizal.
The aerial inspection was supposed to take place on Sunday, but this was canceled due to the bad weather.
The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said “Yagi” and “Leepi” will continue to enhance the southwest monsoon, bringing rains in parts of the country.
