QUEZON City, Philippines – President Rodrigo Duterte said that he plans to put an end to the joint maritime patrolling of the Philippines and the United States of America in the West Philippine Sea. President Duterte said that he will create a new foreign policy with the goal of putting an end to the US naval patrol in the disputed territory, adding that said naval patrol endangers the Philippines as it may be seen as an act of provocation by China.
