(Eagle News) — President Rodrigo Duterte made a tour of the Pakistan Navy Ship ‘Saif’ docked in Manila on Thursday.
The President was welcomed by officials of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to the Philippines and the Pakistan Navy led by H.E. Aman Rashid, Pakistan Ambassador to the Philippines, Pakistan’s Defense Attaché Commodore Jawad Ahmed, and Pakistan Navy Commanding Officer Captain Shahzad Iqbal, upon his arrival at Pier 15, Port Area.
Joining the President were Executive Secretary Salvador Medialdea, Foreign Affairs Secretary Alan Peter Cayetano, Defense Secretary Delfin Lorenzana, other Cabinet members, and officers of the Philippine military.
The Zulfiquar-class frigate is on a three-day goodwill visit that will end on December 17.
