QUEZON City, Philippines – Philippine National Police Chief Director General Ronald Dela Rosa admitted that President Rodrigo Duterte is looking for the right time and opportunity to reveal the third and last “narco-list”.
Dela Rosa said that it is hard to gauge the right time in revealing the list as it contains the names of more high officials of the country, including barangay chairmen, mayors, governors, congressmen and even members of the PNP.
