Presidentiables should address West Philippine Sea issue

MANILA, Philippines (Eagle News) – According to the Department of Foreign Affairs, those who are running for the presidency in 2016 should include in their platforms the issue of the West Philippine Sea, especially as China continues its construction activities in the said disputed territories.
