QUEZON City, Philippines – Dismayed by the alleged inaction of the government regarding the possible mass layoff in the Middle East, House Independent Minority Block leader and Leyte Congressman Martin Romualdez asked the private sectors to step up and prepare to help the thousands of overseas Filipino workers that will be returning home due to unemployment.
