QUEZON City, Philippines, August 6 (Eagle News) — A Quezon City counselor proposed an ordinance that calls for the shutting down of provincial bus terminals in the said city.
The proposed ordinance said that the provincial bus terminals don’t have the necessary permits thus they are operating illegally.
