MANILA, Philippines, April 24, (Eagle News) — The Division Head of public school teachers in Marawi City went to Metro Manila to personally ask help from President Benigno S. Aquino regarding the alleged abuses made by the Department of Education (DepEd) in the Autonomous Region of Muslim Mindanao (ARMM), wherein the public school teachers in said city were not given salary for a whole year as well as budget that they need for the daily operations of their schools which affected thousands of students.
