(Eagle News) — A Puerto Galera councilor and his son were killed in what police said was an ambush on Tuesday.
Councilor Melchor Arago and his teenager son were about to enter their home in Oriental Mindoro when the attack took place.
The police have yet to determine the number of suspects, and the motive behind the attack.
There are no other details available so far.
