QUEZON City, Philippines – Due to the severe effects of the El Niño, Puerto Princesa was placed under state of calamity to enable the usage of funds in order to aid citizens that were severely affected by the weather phenomenon. But the city cleared that the its tourist spots continue to be enjoyable and unaffected by the El Niño.
