QUEZON City, Philippines (Eagle News) — The Quezon City government announced that there will be no classes on Monday, July 25 in view of President Rodrigo R. Duterte’s First State of the Nation Address (SONA).
Quezon City Mayor Herbert Bautista suspended classes in all levels.
Duterte will deliver his first State of the Nation Dddress during a joint session of Congress at the Batasang Pambansa in Quezon City.
Last year, classes were only suspended in select schools for President Aquino’s last SONA.
