QUEZON City, Philippines, June 10 (Eagle News) – In the last day of the plenary debate and interpellation of the Bangsamoro Basic Law (BBL), Representative Lito Atienza questioned if there is a quorum due to the low numbers of Congressmen present which resulted in the postponement of the said debate.
