Rains expected in parts of PHL today, April 14

(Eagle News)—Rains are expected in parts of the country today as the tail-end of a cold front affects  Northern and Central Luzon, and the easterlies affect the rest of the country.

Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley and Central Luzon will have cloudy skies with rains and thunderstorms, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said.

PAGASA said flash floods during severe thunderstorms were possible.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country, on the other hand, will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Northern Luzon will experience moderate to strong winds and moderate to rough coastal waters, while the rest of the country will have light to moderate winds and slight to moderate coastal waters.
