Rains prevail in parts of PHL as tail-end of cold front affects N. Luzon, easterlies the rest of country

(Eagle News)–Rains continue to prevail in parts of the country as the tail-end of a cold front affects Northern Luzon and the easterlies affect the rest of the country.

The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said the Cordillera Administrative Region and Cagayan Valley are experiencing cloudy skies with light rains, while Ilocos Region has partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains.

Visayas and Mindanao has partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

PAGASA said flash floods were possible during severe thunderstorms.

Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon, on the other hand, will have partly cloudy skies.
