(Eagle News)—Rains are expected in parts of the country today, March 28, as the easterlies affect the entire archipelago, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said.
PAGASA said Mindanao and Palawan will experience cloudy skies with rains and thunderstorms.
Visayas and Bicol region, on the other hand, will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers.
The weather bureau said flash floods during severe thunderstorms were possible in Mindanao, Palawan, Visayas and the Bicol region.
Partly cloudy skies, PAGASA said, will prevail over Metro Manila and the rest of the country on the other hand.
The eastern sections of Visayas and Mindanao will experience moderate to occasionally strong winds and moderate to occasionally rough waters, while Northern Luzon and the eastern sections of Central and Southern Luzon will have moderate winds and coastal waters.
The rest of the country will have light to moderate winds and slight to moderate coastal waters.
