METRO Manila, Philippines, July 29 (Eagle News) — A 30-second recorded message using the voice of Metro Manila Development Authority Francisco Tolentino and Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS) Director Renato Solidum will serve as the signal to start the Metrowide Shakedrill which aims to prepare Metro Manila for the expected big earthquake. The public is urged to participate in the said earthquake drill.
