Red Cross prohibits blood donors from Zika affected countries

The Philippine Red Cross is asking individuals that came from countries affected by the Zika virus to refrain from donating blood, with PRC Chairman Richard Gordon adding that this a precaution to avoid the spread of said virus in the Philippines.
