MAY 11 (Eagle News) — The first regional human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) testing center was opened to the public at the city of Puerto Princesa, Palawan. Also formally launched is the free voluntary HIV testing for the public all over the Philippines. (Puerto Princesa, Palawan)
