QUEZON City, Philippines (Eagle News) — Three government agencies, namely, the Department of Transportation, the Department of Public Works and Highways and the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority agreed that road construction and road repair projects should be conducted at night in Metro Manila.
This is in order to lessen the impact of such projects on the traffic problem experienced by commuters.
According to the agreement, road projects should be conducted at 10 in the evening and must end at 5 in the morning of the next day.
