QUEZON City, Philippines, May 25 (Eagle News) — House Ad-Hoc Committee Chairman Rufus Rodriguez is expecting that the Bangsamoro Basic Law (BBL) will be questioned in the Supreme Court after the version passed by his committee received many negative feedback, including Senator Miriam Defensor-Santiago, who said that the BBL is unconstitutional.
