(Eagle News)–A policeman was arrested in a buy-bust operation in Manila on Thursday night.
The National Capital Region Police Office identified the suspect as Patrolman Ferdinand Rafael, who was assigned at the District Admin Holding Unit of the Manila Police District.
The operation in Sampaloc against Rafael stemmed from a concerned citizen’s complaint the policeman frequented his room to try to sell him illegal drugs.
Recovered from Rafael were 11 small packs of suspected worth an estimated P102,000, assorted drug paraphernalia, and the P1,000 marked money.
The suspect is facing drug-related charges.
