QUEZON City, Philippines – Presidential Spokesman Harry Roque challenged the group Karapatan to file a case in the court instead of writing to the United Nations regarding the issue of extra-judicial killing. Roque said that the steps taken by the group causes dismay and added that it should be the government to take steps to solve the problem of EJK.
