MANILA, Philippines, Sept. 1 (Eagle News) — According to Interior and Local Government Secretary Mar Roxas said that there was no agreement regarding the resignation of Justice Secretary Leila De Lima in exchange for the stopping of the peaceful assembly conducted by the Iglesia Ni Cristo.
Roxas added that there is actually no agreement during the meeting called by President Benigno S. Aquino III and what transpired was actually an exchange of explanations to peacefully resolve the situation.
