According to the PAGASA, “Ruby” made its fifth landfall around 5 in the morning before heading to the West Philippine Sea
Said tropical depression maintained its strength at 60 kilometers per hour near the center.
“Ruby” is moving at the speed of 13 km/h.
Ruby is expected to leave the Philippine area of responsibility tomorrow evening.
Metro Manila, Bataan, Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Oriental Mindoro, Occidental Mindoro and Lubang Island remains under Signal Number One.
Meanwhile, Yellow Rainfall Advisory remains in Rizal, Laguna, Muntinlupa, Las Piñas, and Parañaque while Orange Rainfall Warning remains in Batangas and Cavite.
