QUEZON City, Philippines – Bureau of Corrections Director Reynald Cruz agrees with the plan to appoint members of the Special Action Force to guard the National Bilibid Prison, saying that this will be instrumental for the reform of the inmates.
Incoming Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre earlier stated that there will be drastic reforms inside the NBP once he assumes office.
