Atty. Renato Bocar, Executive Clerk of the Sandiganbayan, said that the cases currently being heard in the 4th division of the said court will not be neglected despite the dismissal of Justice Gregorio Ong.
He added that the most senior member of the division will take over the tasks left by Ong.
These include the hearing of graft cases against former president and now Pampanga representative Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, in particular, those involving the NBN-ZTE deal.
Lastly, he said that the Sandiganbayan respects the decision of the Supreme Court.
