QUEZON City, Philippines – The Fifth Division of the Sandiganbayan dismissed the graft charges filed against Mayor Joseph Victor Ejercito. The graft charges were connected with the purchase of firearms made by Ejercito when he was still the Mayor of San Juan City, with said purchase made with the city’s calamity funds.
