(Eagle News)—-The Sandiganbayan has imposed a 90-day suspension on Quezon City councilor and comedian Roderick Paulate in connection with the graft cases he is facing.
This was after the eleventh division found that all the conditions that warrant the suspension were found in the case of Paulate, who, together with his aide driver Vicente Bajamunde, is accused of falsifying documents and hiring ghost employees causing undue injury worth P1.1 million to the government.
The anti-graft division ruled the information against Paulate was valid, and that he was charged with the covered offenses for the suspension.
Paulate is out on bail.
