Senator Miriam Defensor-Santiago gives rest to rumors saying that she will withdraw from the 2016 elections to give way to Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte. The senator said that although she believes in Duterte, it doesn’t mean that she will withdraw from the elections.
