QUEZON City, Philippines, April 20 (Eagle News) — Congressman Niel Tupas, chairman of the House Committee on Justice asked the Supreme Court (SC) to investigate the allegations of “Justice for Sale” in the Supreme Court (SC), saying that the said House committee cannot investigate said allegations due to lack of jurisdiction.
