(Eagle News) – Ilocos Norte Provincial Police Office (INPPO) recognized the participation of members of SCAN International (also known as Society of Communicators And Networkers International) in giving information and assistance to motorists and tourists who regularly visit the province of Ilocos Norte.
A certificate of recognition was given by INPPO led by Police Chief Inspector Dexter Corpuz, and Police Chief Inspector Randy Baoit. A ceremony for this was held at Camp Capt. Valentin Juan at exactly 8:00 yesterday.
